EA Sports College Football 26 is set to come out this month, and multiple Penn State stars are ranked highly in the latest edition of the popular video game.
Drew Allar, Nick Singleton and four more Nittany Lions received grades of 90 or above (out of 100) and were ranked inside the game’s 100 players. That list was released on Tuesday.
Let’s take a look at the six highest-ranked Penn State players in EA Sports College Football 26 ahead of the game’s early release July 7 and its full release July 10.
Nick Singleton (93 overall): Singleton, one of the top tailbacks in college football, earned a justified rating. The game’s deluxe edition cover star is the 10th highest-rated offensive player, per EA Sports. Notre Dame’s Jeremiyah Love (95 overall) is the top running back, followed by Singleton, Washington’s Jonah Coleman and Louisville’s Isaac Brown tied at 93 overall.
Drew Allar (92 overall): Allar, a projected 2026 first-round pick, is one of the best QBs in the game. Allar, LSU’s Garrett Nussmeier and Clemson’s Cade Klubnik are tied as the top-rated quarterbacks. Next up with a 91 overall are South Carolina’s LaNorris Sellers, Miami’s Carson Beck, Oklahoma’s John Mateer and Arizona State’s Sam Leavitt.
Kaytron Allen (92 overall): Allen isn’t far off Singleton, which makes sense. The productive, bruising back shares a 92 overall with two other players: Oregon’s Mahki Hughes and Missouri’s Ahmad Hardy. Penn State is the only team with two tailbacks ranked inside the top 100.
Dani Dennis-Sutton (92 overall): Dennis-Sutton is ranked behind only five defensive ends in the game: Clemson’s T.J. Parker (95), South Carolina’s Dylan Stewart (94), Texas’ Colin Simmons (93), Texas Tech’s David Bailey (93) and Auburn’s Keldric Faulk (93).
Vega Ioane (92 overall): Ioane is a potential first-round pick, and the developers recognized that. Ioane is tied with three others as the second highest-rated guard in the game. Texas A&M star Ar’maj Reed-Adams (93 overall) is the only guard rated higher.
AJ Harris (91 overall): Harris, a breakout star, rounds out Penn State’s representation in EA’s top 100. Five corners rank higher than Harris: Tennessee’s Jermod McCoy (94), Duke’s Chandler Rivers (93), Notre Dame’s Leonard Moore (93), Clemson’s Aveion Terrell (93), Indiana’s DeAngelo Ponds (92) and Texas’ Malik Muhammad (92).
