Oliver’s Donuts announced it will close its Lawrenceville’s Market House location on June 29.
In an Instagram post, the decision was announced with a graphic thanking customers for their support over the last three years.
“We are sad to announce Oliver’s Donuts is closing,” the post reads. “It’s been a joy to serve this incredible community, and we’re so grateful for the sweet memories we’ve shared.”
Other retailers in the Market House at 4112 Butler Street will remain open during the transition, Oliver’s said. In the meantime, Oliver’s is searching for a new coffee shop to take its place.
“As we step away, we want to pass the torch. If you — or someone you know — is dreaming of launching or expanding a hospitality business, this could be your moment,” the post says.
Oliver’s Donuts said it’s partnered with Specialty Group to find “the next great coffee or cafe concept.” Currently, the Oliver’s Donuts location features Elementary Coffee Co.

Oliver’s Donuts did not respond to TribLive requests for comment Tuesday as to why it’s closing.
