A man was hospitalized Monday morning after being shot in a Pittsburgh gas station parking lot.

Pittsburgh police responded the gas station in the 4900 block of Baum Boulevard on the Bloomfield/Shadyside border at 9:08 a.m. Monday. Tribune-Review news partner WPXI identified the location as a GetGo.

First responders found a man suffering from a gunshot wound. It appears he was outside of his vehicle at the time of the shooting, police said.

The man was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

There is no one in custody at this time, police said.
