The summer season starts June 20, and Plum will waste no time beginning to celebrating it.

The borough’s annual “SummerFest” will start that Thursday and run through Saturday, June 22 at Larry Mills Park at 199 Fontana Drive.

All-you-can-ride tickets will cost $20 for Thursday and $25 on Friday and Saturday. Single rides will cost $4.

Hours will be 6 to 10 p.m. Thursday, 5 to 10 p.m. Friday and 4 to 10 p.m. Saturday. The festival ends with a Zambelli fireworks display Saturday night.

There will be on-site parking Thursday only. For Friday and Saturday, a free roundtrip shuttle will be available from Amplify Church, 9400 Saltsburg Road.

Participating vendors include the Masonic Lodge, K&J Concessions, Kona Ice of Monroeville, Pittsburgh Crepes, Pittsburgh Smoke House, C&L Shows and Let’s Taco.

The borough rebranded its long-running Community Days event as SummerFest beginning in 2018.
