Westmoreland County prosecutors on Monday dismissed four felony and one misdemeanor counts related to allegations of child pornography against a Mt. Pleasant woman.

Jennie Lynn Dulaney, 23, pleaded guilty to an amended summary count of disorderly conduct and was ordered to pay a $25 fine.

Her testimony last month led to the conviction of her ex-husband, Jonathan Dulaney, 30, of Connellsville. He was convicted in May by a Westmoreland County jury of two counts of sexual abuse of children and a lesser charge of unlawful contact with a minor. Prosecutors said he secretly recorded a video chat between his now former wife and a partially nude teen in late 2021.

Prosecutors said Jonathan Dulaney recorded the chat on his cellphone and used his wife’s Facebook account to share the video. The teen claimed she didn’t know she had been recorded as she undressed during the chat until she saw a copy after it had been shared.

Jennie Dulaney testified her husband controlled her Facebook account and uploaded the video of the teen and shared it while she was in labor with their second child.

She told jurors she had no plea deal with prosecutors in exchange for her testimony but she anticipated her cooperation would lead to leniency.

At trial, lawyers for Jonathan Dulaney argued that it was his wife who was responsible for the video’s recording and distribution.
