As icy temperatures freeze Westmoreland County, the Downtown Greensburg Project’s monthly Night Market will shift indoors to Live Casino Pittsburgh for the next two months.
Now in its sixth season, the Greensburg Night Market draws thousands of people to browse more than 150 food, beverage, art and craft vendors set up along the city’s Pennsylvania Avenue. The market is held once a month from April to December.
To shelter guests from the winter weather, the Night Market will take place in the Hempfield casino’s Venue Live event space from 5 to 9 p.m. Feb. 27 and March 27.
The markets will showcase handmade goods from 50 local businesses, including Little Bestie Co., Wicks & Wax Studio and The Pickled Chef.
